If you have, or know someone, who had their home or property foreclosed and sold at sheriff’s sale, you may be owed significant funds resulting from the auction sale.

We, at the Beekman Law Center, audit the sale records and attempt to convey to the foreclosed owner the amount involved. The Center pays all expenses and fees to recover these funds for you at which time our modest fee comes out of the end of the recovery.

You do not have to appear in any courts or hearings. Based on the status of the prior owner(s) you will need to sign 3-4 documents with some requiring notarization which we prepare for you in compliance with state and county laws and rules.

The process can be completed within a month or so at which time we can either wire the funds to the account you choose or mail you a check.

All information we gather from this process is subject to privilege and confidentiality. We would be pleased to represent you in getting the funds that are yours. It can make a big difference in one’s life!
